What We Do

The primary purpose of the Brain Gain Centre is to develop a comprehensive and active network of Nepali experts and diaspora professionals across various sectors worldwide, and to channel their skills, knowledge, and resources into Nepal’s development process.

 

Guiding Principles

Our work is guided by four core principles (4Cs):

CONNECTION: Establishing and maintaining updated databases of Nepali national and diaspora experts; expanding meaningful connections and opportunities.

COMMUNICATION: Creating accessible, dynamic communication channels to engage experts willing to contribute to Nepal.

COLLABORATION: Identifying and developing opportunities for partnerships among experts at home and abroad, enabling impactful joint initiatives.

CONTRIBUTION: Mobilizing expert knowledge through networks, recognizing contributions made individually or collectively, and promoting their achievements among government and non-government institutions.
